Welcome to August on The Artisan Food Trail. We bring you two more new members this month - Blossoms Syrup and Hibiscus Lily. Tg Green Teas have kindly given us a terrific prize for tea drinkers in this month’s competition. We also review and approve their iced teas to give you a taster of what’s up for grabs. Barbecues are the order of the season, but it doesn’t always have to be meat when eating alfresco, so this month we have two vegetarian recipes for you that are delicious, fresh and tasty. If you’re a food producer or thinking of starting your own food business, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to pitch your business to us and a team of other business experts to win up to £10k of help and advice to grow your business.
