March is here and the signs of spring are slowly coming through. It's also the month that starts to kick off the new season’s food shows and festivals - we’re off to see what’s in store at Eat Cambridge this weekend as Cambridge finally gets its own proper food festival.

Ben from Capsicana Chilli Co. has kindly given us a bottle of each of his new chilli sauces for this month’s competition and we’ve recipes for a Turkish style brown rice salad with labneh and a very popular cake we have a picture of on Pinterest, lemon loaf cake.
This month also sees The Artisan Food Trail’s second birthday as we bring onboard some additional new benefits for our members and thank all of those that have been with us and supported those on the trail.
