More new members for you this month as we welcome Oakley Grange Farm and Old Forge Larder to The Artisan Food Trail.
One of last month’s new members, Black Sea Saffron were kind enough to send us some of their saffron to try out in the kitchen. We’ve had time to experiment, have given it our approval and created a delicious chicken dish and some rather tasty saffron and pistachio cookies with this most precious spice.
If the new members and recipes weren’t enough, we have two brand new competitions - an opportunity to win a £100 hamper of goodies from The Hungy Guest and for those of you that entered last year’s competition with Yew tree Alpacas, another chance to win gift vouchers to spend in their shop as well as a chance to meet the alpacas on an alpaca adventure for two.
