It’s British Asparagus season again and we’re making the most of it. At The Artisan Food Trail we like to eat seasonal foods and when the British Asparagus season comes around we make the most of it. Make sure you check out our delicious and simple recipe using chorizo (we used chorizo from Great Glen Game) and poached egg.
