Autumn is well and truly upon us here at The Artisan Food Trail. As we’re putting this month’s newsletter together the wind is helping the trees to lose their leaves and bring the temperatures tumbling down.
As the colder weather moves in, the seasonal foods we’ll all be eating will be changing too, so to keep you warm early in the season we’ve brought you a Wild Venison Chorizo and Butter Bean Stew - hearty and warming and great for a cold night outside at Halloween or Bonfire Night.
To keep with the seasonal theme, please welcome Cambridge Gourmet Mallows to the trail, and if you’re thinking of marshmallows around the bonfire in a few weeks we’d seriously suggest that you seek them out.
Nila Holden has a spooky cookie collection that should make the kids (and the adults) happy and they are scarily addictive. Finally Bite Me Spices adds some heat to the fire with their Jerk Sauce.
