Marmalade is a big feature in this month's news. Hibiscus Lily have just won a gold and silver award for their marmalades at this year's marmalade awards and we’ve been lucky enough to have already tried them.
As well as giving them both our approval we’ve used the Spicy Orange, Lemon & Lime marmalade as a glaze with salmon – trust us, marmalade and fish can, and does work.
As asparagus season begins we’ve a dish using chorizo fron Great Glen Charcuterie and for dessert a honey and apricot oat cake featuring The Linseed Farm's linseed meal.
To top off, this month we have a competition to win an Indian Spice Tin with 10 spices from Spice Kitchen.
